Welcome to ImOnAirNow. Our platform provides infrastructure that allows individuals to create and operate their own online radio streams.
By creating an account or broadcasting through the platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Platform Role
ImOnAirNow provides technical infrastructure and tools that enable users to broadcast their own audio streams over the internet.
This includes services such as:
streaming server infrastructure
individual mountpoints for broadcasters
station pages
chat functionality and listener interaction tools
Each broadcaster operates an independent stream and is solely responsible for the content transmitted through their broadcast.
ImOnAirNow does not curate, select, or control the audio content broadcast by individual broadcasters.
- Independent Broadcasters
Each broadcaster using the platform operates their own radio stream.
Broadcasters are responsible for:
selecting and transmitting their own audio content
ensuring they have the legal right to broadcast all material
complying with applicable copyright and broadcasting laws
The platform does not act as the publisher or producer of broadcaster streams.
- Music Licensing and Rights
Broadcasters are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold the necessary rights, licences, or permissions required to broadcast any audio content transmitted through their stream.
This includes but is not limited to:
copyrighted music recordings
live DJ mixes
recorded programmes
any other protected audio material
If broadcasting music that requires licensing (such as commercial music), broadcasters must ensure they obtain the appropriate licences from the relevant rights organisations in their jurisdiction.
- Prohibited Content
Broadcasters may not transmit content that:
infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
violates applicable laws or regulations
promotes illegal activities
contains harmful, abusive, or unlawful material
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate streams that violate these terms.
- Copyright Complaints & Takedown
ImOnAirNow respects the rights of copyright holders.
If a rights holder believes that copyrighted material is being broadcast without authorisation, they may submit a complaint by contacting:

Please include:
the stream or station name
details of the copyrighted work
evidence of ownership or authority
relevant timestamps or recordings if available
Upon receiving a valid complaint, the platform may:
temporarily disable the stream
contact the broadcaster for clarification
take further action if required
- Platform Rights
ImOnAirNow reserves the right to:
suspend or terminate streams that violate platform policies
remove content or disable accounts where necessary
investigate reports of misuse or copyright infringement
These actions may be taken to ensure compliance with applicable laws and the integrity of the platform.
- Limitation of Responsibility
ImOnAirNow provides streaming infrastructure only.
The platform does not:
control broadcaster playlists
pre-screen audio content
act as the broadcaster or publisher of streams
Responsibility for broadcast content lies entirely with the individual broadcaster operating the stream.
