The platform enables users to create, manage, and broadcast their own independent radio streams using server infrastructure hosted in the United Kingdom.
Role of the Platform
ImOnAirNow provides:
streaming server infrastructure (including mountpoints)
station pages and listener interfaces
communication tools such as chat features
The platform does not:
create, select, or curate broadcast content
manage or control playlists
act as a broadcaster, publisher, or editor of any stream
Independent Broadcasters
Each stream hosted on the platform is operated by an independent broadcaster.
Broadcasters:
control their own audio content
determine what is transmitted
are solely responsible for their broadcasts
ImOnAirNow does not exercise editorial control over any stream.
No Central Broadcast
ImOnAirNow is not a single radio station.
The platform hosts multiple independent streams, each operating separately under the control of its respective broadcaster.
Any reference to “stations” or “streams” refers to independently operated broadcasts and not a centrally managed service.
Content Responsibility
Responsibility for all broadcast content lies entirely with the broadcaster operating the stream.
This includes:
music selection
licensing and rights compliance
compliance with applicable laws and regulations
ImOnAirNow does not monitor or pre-screen content transmitted by broadcasters.
Compliance and Enforcement
