ImOnAirNow respects the intellectual property rights of artists, labels, and copyright holders.
The platform provides streaming infrastructure that allows independent broadcasters to operate their own radio streams. Each broadcaster is responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate rights or licences for the content they transmit.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe copyrighted material is being broadcast without permission through the platform, please contact us with the following information:
Name of the stream or station
URL of the station page or stream
Description of the copyrighted material
Proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the rights holder
Time and date of the broadcast if available

Review Process
Upon receiving a valid complaint, we may take one or more of the following actions:
temporarily suspend the broadcaster’s stream
request clarification from the broadcaster
remove or restrict access to the stream
terminate repeat infringers
We aim to review copyright reports as quickly as reasonably possible.
Broadcaster Responsibility
Broadcasters using the platform agree that they are responsible for:
ensuring they hold rights to broadcast the content they stream
obtaining any required music licences
complying with applicable copyright laws
ImOnAirNow does not select, curate, or control the content broadcast by independent stations.
Broadcaster Agreement
By creating a station or broadcasting through the platform, you agree to the following:
- Independent Operation
You operate your stream as an independent broadcaster.
You are responsible for all audio transmitted through your mountpoint or station.
- Rights and Licensing
You confirm that:
you have the right to broadcast the audio you stream
you hold any licences required for music or copyrighted material
your broadcasts comply with copyright and intellectual property laws
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to broadcast content that:
infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
violates applicable laws
contains unlawful, abusive, or harmful material
- Platform Enforcement
ImOnAirNow reserves the right to:
suspend or terminate streams that violate these terms
investigate reported misuse
remove streams that create legal or technical risk for the platform
- Platform Role
ImOnAirNow provides technical streaming infrastructure only.
The platform does not:
select broadcaster content
manage playlists
act as the publisher of broadcasts
Each broadcaster is solely responsible for the content transmitted through their stream.
